The Conscious Aging Conversations Journal is designed to support the Series. Quotes and questions are provided to add a writing component to each conversation topic and to inspire participants (YOU) to explore further personally your responses to each prompt. MY NOTES pages are for those response as well as any thoughts/ ideas that arise from the facilitated discussions.
