Hello,
Pat Bronson here. I am the owner of Tell-a-Vision Productions. My focus is living well in the second half of life. My company’s goal is to offer programs for individuals who are in transition: contemplating second adulthood at 50+, have retirement issues, or are experiencing post trauma insecurities. I am connecting with you to explore offering one or more of the following programs to your clientele/staff: New Chapter; New life Story, LIFEMAP, Sugarplum Visions and a Mentorship program. These modules are offered in a group context while New Chapter-Personal Discovery, a new mentoring program, focusses on individual conversations.
The overall objective is to empower individuals to continue reinventing themselves when:
· identifying changes in their roles and focus;
· making alterations that accommodate an evolving lifestyle;
· developing their acquired talent and skills to acknowledge and explore deferred dreams.
My own reinvention experience this past decade is from a retired educator to an entrepreneur. I have created a new career of passionate active wisdom providing context and perspective to the aging process and mentoring participants in the direction of their dreams.
Recent activities:
· I had a conversation with Jane who was contemplating her retirement with some alarm. She had
delayed taking the next step as she could not imagine how her life would look post-work and what
would be next for her. We met initially over coffee and had a first discussion regarding how she might
look at her future.
· I regularly facilitate programs through ElderU, Capilano University. These courses offer participants
focused conversations that explore identity and contribution concerns in the midst of an evolving
lifestyle. All of the workshops and series support clients as they live through transitions- finding and
building community in the age of active wisdom.
· I am mentoring a client, through regularly scheduled intentional conversations, to reclaim her
considerable artistic talent and her identity as an artist.
